Gotta Travel Now (“we”, “us”, “our”, “GTN", or “Company”) provides this Privacy Policy to explain its information collection practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. The Privacy Policy applies to all information collected or submitted on the Website or to Company. To make the policy and any future changes easy to find, a current copy is published and available on the Company’s website (www.gottatravelnow.com), the “Website”). As noted below, please be aware that Company may change this Privacy Policy in the future, and it is your obligation to review this Privacy Policy from time to time and the effective date listed with it.
The Privacy Policy is also incorporated by reference in GTN’s Purchase and Participation Agreement.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU
Any user that submits information to the Website or Company for reservations, bookings, and purchases will be required to provide personal information which may include, but not be limited to: the first and last names of you and any other proposed participants of the Gotta Travel Now event, the age and/or birthdate of each purchaser and participant(s), the emergency contact information for each participant, physical address(es), billing address(es), e-mail address(es), and any credit/debit card or payment processing information.
We may collection personal information when you make a purchase on the Website, by telephone, or at any GTN event or venue.
The Website also may collect user information including IP address(es), referring website information, browser information, and other related data.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Any personal information that you provide us will only be used by us and/or shared with Carnival Cruise Line and/or any third-party payment processors, as necessary, to initiate and complete any orders that you place with us.
Personal information that you provide us for access or participation at any GTN event will be processed directly by Company or its third-party processor.
Personal information that you provide us for booking and accommodations aboard the scheduled Carnival Cruise Line vessel or with the resort will be shared directly with Carnival, the resort or its third-party processor to secure and process your reservation request.
All purchases will be processed through a secure checkout that complies with federal and state laws and regulations. All credit and debit card transactions by us are processed with industry standard encryption.
Any personal or payment process information shared and used by Carnival Cruise Lines and/or any other third-party processor in fulfilment of your order request is subject to rules, terms, conditions and policies of that third party. The Company shall not be responsible for the privacy policy or the content of other third-party websites.
GTN, Carnival, or any applicable third party processor may use your personal information in order to administer, manager, and correspond with you about your purchase, and may also add your personal information to either of our database in order to inform you of upcoming events, offers, or other information that may be of interest to you. GTN, Carnival, or any applicable third-party processor may also collect and store your purchase information and associate it with other personal information held about you in order to personalize services and related offers.
